Do you have knowledge of the livestock farming industry? If so, have you considered becoming an RSPCA Assured assessor?

The job involves arranging and carrying out assessments on farms - and other businesses - who are RSPCA Assured applicants or members to check their compliance with the RSPCA welfare standards for farm animals.

From time-to-time we have an opportunity for someone to join our team of RSPCA Assured assessors who are home-based throughout the UK.

Entry criteria for the role include:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification in agriculture or equivalent
  • At least five years practical experience of commercial livestock farming
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An affinity and commitment to farm animal welfare
  • A full, valid driving licence
